Whimsey Farm

I produce tomatoes, squash, melons, peppers, corn and Micro Mix with no chemical inputs and will soon add Government Inspected Cabrito or Goats Meat that my wife produces for our Market table. These animals are well cared for Boer-Nubian crosses that my wife raises without hormones or feed with antibiotics.
News & Updates: Micro Mix is a way of raising greens in soiless mixtures which are harvested at less than a week from emergence to 3 weeks. These are very tender and high protein greens for salads or steaming. Presently I do beans, radishes, peas, sunflower, and a variety of mixes.
