Prairie Horizons Farm

November 7, 2009 Breaking News--We have most cuts of boneless steaks and roasts to sell by the package. We are low on our ground beef supply, but have some DELICIOUS all-grassfed all-Prairie Horizons Beef weiners on hand--no msg, no nitrite or nitrate. If you were at the Farmers Market at the University of Minnesota-Morris, you had a taste...rave reviews, and so much fun! Call or email for prices.

We had a great crop of cucumbers, beets, cantaloupe, carrots, squash, multi-colored maize and pumpkins on our certfied organic acres this year. Let us know what you'd like us to plant next year please.

As always, we are taking orders for quarter, half or whole Prairie Horizons Beef. The next round of beef will be ready for pick up or delivery in January of 2010. Please call or email now to reserve Prairie Horizons Beef, or to receive a price list.

Prairie Horizons Farm is situated in the heart of the picturesque rolling glacial moraine of Western Minnesota. We rotationally graze a special breed of grass-loving black Angus cattle on Certified Organic pastures and native prairie.

You are sure to enjoy our wholesome, pure beef that is packed with nutrients, and exceptionally delicious...a great eating experience!

We use no grain, no antibiotics, no drugs, no hormones, and only a half gallon of fossil fuel to raise each beef. Our cattle are extremely healthy and help us maintain a high functioning tall grass prairie ecosystem.
