Prairie Horizons Farm is situated in the heart of the picturesque rolling glacial moraine of Western Minnesota. We rotationally graze a special breed of grass-loving black Angus cattle on Certified Organic pastures and native prairie. Careful management results in the highest quality, most nutritious beef, and a healthy ecosystem. Our cattle flourish on grass and forbs for wholesome, pure beef that is packed with nutrients, and exceptionally delicious...a great eating experience!
