We sell beef by quarter, half or whole and pork by half or whole. Processing of beef, pork, buffalo and wild game processing with many sausages. From our smoke house: bacon, beef sticks, jerky, summer sausage, ring bologna and more. All available at our retail counter and processd in our "State-equal-to" USDA Plant. | |
