We are a small family farm specializing in fresh, high quality USDA meats with no antibiotics or hormore & specialty items (frozen & vacuum packed). Tasty chicken & BBQ'd ribs, home-smoked bacon & Angus Beef; 1/4 & 1/2's of beef; whole or half hogs for custom cutting & roaster pigs. Catering just the meat or all the homemade fixins's. Available year-round on-farm or at farm markets in Crosby, Brainerd, Baxter, Grand Rapids, St. Cloud, Aitkin, and Hackensack. Shipping/brochures available.
