We sell beef by the quarter, half or whole. Cattle are home raised, fed naturally using no growth hormones, only quality alfalfa, grass and corn. Our beef is locally processed to your specifications at a Minnesota inspected plant. Purchase your beef directly from the farmer who raised it.
