State Equal-to inspection for Beef, Pork, Bison, Elk, Ostrich, Red Deer processing. Also make sausage, jerky, beer sticks, ham and bacon. Beef, Buffalo/Bison, Deer, Elk, Pork.

Packaging is customer choice. Birds can be vacuum-sealed, meat grinding and value added services are available such as jerky and snack sticks.
