News & Updates: The River Watch program relies on citizen monitoring to ensure water quality in the Red River Basin. High teachers, their students, couple with college professors and students in applied areas of research. By doing so, student receive unique hands-on and meaningful opportunities for learning consistent with the STEM disciplines. An aim is to produce a more qualified and competent college student, one who is publicly engaged, and will join the work-force in multiple areas, including science-related, medicine, and political.
