| Cedar Summit Farm has been a family dairy farm for three generations. They have adopted a grazing system where all animals are pastured on the land for at least seven months and fed stored grasses the remainder of the year. No antibiotics or added hormones (rBGH) are used. They raise beef, pork, chickens and even turkeys for Thanksgiving!
Cedar Summit Farm also has an onsite creamery for an assortment of dairy products including non-homogenized milk and cream in glass bottles, yogurt, ice cream, butter, hard cheeses, and sour cream. Feel free to visit them at any time. Their production hours are Monday–Friday 8–6 and Saturdays 8–12. You can purchase a wide variety of meats and dairy products in the creamery showroom. You can find many of their dairy products at Twin Cities Natural Food Co-ops. They also provide home delivery service to New Prague and surrounding areas. Call for information. | ||||
