Our name is taken from the history of the property on which our sugar maples are located. Stu and Corinne in front of Sugar House.  Over 1000 taps, gravity collection system, wood fired evaporator. We use only clean, commercial, food grade equipment. Syrup being drawn off the evaporator and Syrup being drawn off the evaporator and "pre-filtered" into 5 gallon bulk jugs. The syrup is later "finished" on LP gas bringing it to the precise concentration, and then final filtered, and bottled at 190+ degrees for retail sale.
