Organic| BC Gardens is twenty certified organic acres nestled between two wooded creeks in Minnesota's heart land. BC Gardens has been growing and delivering certified organic produce since 1998.
CSA members, BC Gardens will deliver a half-bushel box of fresh certified organic produce for two to your home if you live in our delivery area in the Twin Cities, St. Cloud and Willmar areas for fourteen weeks from June 21 through September. You can extend your healthy eating by adding early and late season options. We grow over 100 varieties of vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers: from a to z (arugula to zucchini). We offer 6 varieties of beans, over 15 lettuces and greens, a colorful assortment of peppers, 12 succulent squash varieties, specialty potatoes, and more than a dozen types of tomatoes. Our seed varieties, mostly heirlooms, are chosen to tantalize your taste buds. Our goal is to offer members, nutritious, fresh, flavorful, life-sustaining food grown in a manner that nurtures you and the earth.
